Spartanos , Spartanas, el pasado sábado 27 de abril Crossfit LA FORJA, el único club oficial de crossfit de Sevilla, celebró los TRIAL ONE para los WINTER GAMES en el Estadio Olímpico de Sevilla. Tuve la suerte de participar como voluntario y para comerme una buena paella al final, jeje, aunque la verdad que fuimos a echar un cable junto con otros tantos compañeros. Os he hecho un pequeño resumen de cómo fue transcurriendo el día.
